One key secret to improving sexual health and treating erectile dysfunction through the use of an infrared sauna is to consistently utilize the sauna at the appropriate temperature for a sufficient amount of time.
By setting the sauna to a lower temperature (typically between 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit) for a longer period of time (around 30-45 minutes), the heat can effectively increase blood flow, reduce stress, and improve circulation to promote sexual function and overall wellness.
